CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at <br />9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />David McGregor, Vice - Chairman <br />Jerry Moore <br />Leslie Peters <br />Matthew Alfred <br />Members absent: <br />John Jones, Chairman <br />Alan Trueba <br />John Stark <br />Staff members present: <br />Sandra Smith, Community Development Director <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Pamela Lynch, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Kyle Dudgeon, Economic Development Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. McGregor at 9:02 a.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for November 14, 2013 and December 12, 2013. <br />Mr. McGregor asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on November 14, 2013 <br />and December 12, 2013. Mr. Moore made a motion to approve the November 14, 2013 and December 12, 2013 minutes. Mr. <br />Alfred seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Third Item of Business: Resolution 14 -01— Extension of the Authorized Term of the CRA to 2025 <br />Mr. Kyle Dudgeon, Economic Development Planner, explained that Resolution 14 -01 requests the City Commission <br />request the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners to extend the authorized term of the Casselberry Community <br />Redevelopment Agency to the year 2025. He said on January 8, 2014 the Planning and Zoning Commission acting as the <br />Local Planning Agency found the CRA Plan Update to be in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. Mr. Dudgeon said the <br />CRA would expire on September 30, 2025 if approved. He said this item is scheduled to go to the City Commission on <br />February 24, 2014. He said this allows time for notice to the taxing authorities and for legal advertising requirements. Mr. <br />
