CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING NOVEMBER 14, 2013 Rachel Larson, 1154 Galahad Dr gave testimony. Ms. Larson received a door hanger from Code Enforcement about the business vehicle with copy on the side; a magnet was purchased to cover. On 10/23/13 a notice was received to appear at the hearing. Code Enforcement was contacted and it was explained that the violation was for the racks. Discussion. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 12/2/2013. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron Seconded the motion. The motion passed, with Mr. Lutz voting nay. Pool maintenance /stagnant water, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 7 • CE -13 -01062 1502 Canterbury Cir Officer Hernandez gave testimony for the above case. Patrick Cronin, 1502 Canterbury Cir gave testimony and discussed what was needed to repair the pool. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 12/2/2013.
