CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2013 <br />Rachel Larson, 1154 Galahad Dr gave testimony. Ms. Larson received a door hanger from Code <br />Enforcement about the business vehicle with copy on the side; a magnet was purchased to cover. On <br />10/23/13 a notice was received to appear at the hearing. Code Enforcement was contacted and it was <br />explained that the violation was for the racks. <br />Discussion. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 12/2/2013. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron Seconded the motion. The motion passed, with <br />Mr. Lutz voting nay. <br />Pool maintenance /stagnant water, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 7 <br />• CE -13 -01062 1502 Canterbury Cir <br />Officer Hernandez gave testimony for the above case. <br />Patrick Cronin, 1502 Canterbury Cir gave testimony and discussed what was needed to repair the pool. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 12/2/2013. In the event Respondent does <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Smith Seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -13 -01109 236 Plaza Oval Dr <br />Officer Hull gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 12/2/2013. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron Seconded the motion.
