CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 12, 2013 Exterior lighting, ULDR Section 3- 10.2.6 • CE -13 -00573 1040 Seminola Blvd Officer Hull advised the Code Board that the above cases were in compliance by the date set by the Board and no fines should be imposed. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's prior order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in these cases failed to correct the violation by the time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Ms. Aparicio seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
