Mayor's Proclamation: "Children's Mental Health Awareness Month" <br />A proclamation designating the month of May 2014 as "Children's Mental Health Awareness Month" will be read by <br />Mayor Glancy and presented to a representative of the Children's Cabinet of Seminole County. <br />B. Presentation: Insurance Service Office, Inc. Survey Results <br />Fire Chief Donald Harkins will present the details and results of the recent survey of the City's fire suppression delivery <br />system. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all <br />items. <br />A. Resolution 14 -2594 - FY 2014 Second Quarter Budget Amendments <br />Resolution 14 -2594 Provides for consideration to formally adopt Budget Amendments approved during the second <br />quarter of FY 2014. <br />B. Resolution 14 -2596 - Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 42 with CPH <br />Engineers, Inc. for Additional Technical Administrative and Construction Engineering <br />Inspection Services Related to Phase 3 of the Water Quality Improvements Project & Budget <br />Amendment #14 -028 <br />Resolution 14 -2596 and Budget Amendment #14-028 provide for consideration of Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental <br />Agreement No. 42 with CPH Engineers, Inc. for additional Technical Administrative and Construction Engineering <br />Inspection Services related to Phase 3 of the Water Quality Improvements Project for an amount not to exceed $78,800. <br />C. Resolution 14 -2597 - City of New Smyrna Beach Training Facility Agreement <br />Resolution 14 -2597 provides for consideration of an agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach for use of their <br />firearms training facility by the Casselberry Police Department. <br />D. Budget Amendment #14 -023 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget <br />Budget Amendment # 14 -023 provides for consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2013 -2014 Budget. <br />
