PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS A. Mayor's Proclamation: "Children's Mental Health Awareness Month" A proclamation designating the month of May 2014 as "Children's Mental Health Awareness Month" will be read by Mayor Glancy and presented to a representative of the Children's Cabinet of Seminole County. B. Presentation: Insurance Service Office, Inc. Survey Results Fire Chief Donald Harkins will present the details and results of the recent survey of the City's fire suppression delivery system. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 14 -2594 - FY 2014 Second Quarter Budget Amendments Resolution 14 -2594 Provides for consideration to formally adopt Budget Amendments approved during the second quarter of FY 2014. B. Resolution 14 -2596 - Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 42 with CPH Engineers, Inc. for Additional Technical Administrative and Construction Engineering Inspection Services Related to Phase 3 of the Water Quality Improvements Project & Budget Amendment #14 -028 Resolution 14 -2596 and Budget Amendment #14-028 provide for consideration of Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 42 with CPH Engineers, Inc. for additional Technical Administrative and Construction Engineering Inspection Services related to Phase 3 of the Water Quality Improvements Project for an amount not to exceed $78,800. C. Resolution 14 -2597 - City of New Smyrna Beach Training Facility Agreement Resolution 14 -2597 provides for consideration of an agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach for use of their firearms training facility by the Casselberry Police Department. D. Budget Amendment #14 -023 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget Budget Amendment # 14 -023 provides for consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2013 -2014 Budget.
