Special Invoice Report <br />The Special Invoice Report provides for consideration of the Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. City Attorney <br />Services for March 2014 in the amount of $14,270.38 and the Luis R. Guzman, Esq. invoice for Code Enforcement <br />Special Magistrate services for March 2014 in the amount of $570.00. <br />B. Resolution 14 -2589 - Waste Pro of Florida Residential Solid Waste Consumer Price Index <br />Rate Adjustment <br />Resolution 14 -2589 provides for consideration of a consumer price index adjustment in the amount of $6,509.16 to Waste <br />Pro of Florida for residential solid waste collection from April 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014, <br />C. Resolution 14 -2590 - Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Vanasse <br />Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Pavement Rehabilitation Projects <br />Resolution 14 -2590 provides for consideration of Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Vanasse <br />Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in the amount of $49,660 to provide additional construction oversight services associated with the <br />Citywide pavement rehabilitation projects. <br />D. Resolution 14 -2592 - Day Camp Provider Agreement with Seminole County <br />Resolution 14 -2592 provides for consideration of a Day Camp Provider Agreement with Seminole County. <br />
