CITY OF CASSELBERR.Y CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 10, 2013 MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 10/24/2013. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. (C)(1) CE -13 -00680 General maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 • 529 Grandview Way E Officer Hull gave testimony for the above cases. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron Seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in case #'s 13- 00679 -13 -00680 in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 10/24/2013. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per violation per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. In case # 13 -00679 the Board finds that the violation of Overgrowth constitutes a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare and in the event the Respondent does not correct the violation by the date set in this order, the city commission shall be notified and appropriate action should be taken by the City to bring the property into compliance. The City is entitled to recover its reasonable costs of such services. Mr. Bakalla Seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
