CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: David McGregor, Vice - Chairman Matthew Alfred Jerry Moore Leslie Peters Members absent: John Jones, Chairman Alan Trueba John Stark Staff members present: Sandra Smith, Interim Community Development Director Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director Pamela Lynch, Economic Development Coordinator Kyle Dudgeon, Economic Development Planner First Item of Business: Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mr. McGregor at 9:06 a.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Economic Development Incentive Fund — 4200 Investments, LLC Grant Request. Mr. Kyle Dudgeon, Economic Development Planner, requested the CRA approve the disbursement of the $25,000 incentive grant funding as outlined in the economic development agreement between the CRA and 4200 Investments, LLC. He said the agreement consisted of a $25,000 grant and a $50,000 loan to be repaid over a seven year period. Mr. Dudgeon stated that the loan is administered by BB &T and it continues to be paid on time. Mr. Dudgeon said the funding was approved for building improvements to allow a digital media company to relocate to the Community Redevelopment District (CRD) to produce quality jobs to the area. Mr. Dudgeon estimated that the digital media business would begin operations in August. Mr. Dudgeon gave a PowerPoint presentation reviewing the improvements (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Dudgeon said that Mr. Vince Wolle, representing 4200 Investments, LLC is available to answer any questions.
