FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES - None. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Public Hearing: Resolution 14 -2572 - Imposition and Use of the Uniform Method of <br />Collecting Non -Ad Valorem Assessments for Street Lighting Within the City of Casselberry <br />Resolution 14 -2572 provides for consideration of the Intent to Use the Uniform Method of Collecting Non -Ad Valorem <br />Assessments for street lighting services. <br />B. Public Hearing: Resolution 14 -2576 - Update to the Casselberry Community Redevelopment <br />Agency Redevelopment Plan <br />Resolution 14 -2576 provides for consideration to approve an update to the redevelopment plan of the Casselberry <br />Community Redevelopment Agency, contingent upon approval of a ten year time extension by the Seminole County <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Request for Reduction of Code Enforcement Lien - 291 Ivey Road <br />This item provides for consideration of the Code Enforcement Board's recommendation to reduce one code enforcement <br />lien on the property located at 291 Ivey Road from $28,050 to $2,805, to be paid within 60 days, Case CE -10- 00211. <br />B. Board Appointment - Community Redevelopment Agency <br />An application is being presented for consideration for appointment to the Community Redevelopment Agency. <br />13.
