Minutes of December 9, 2013 -Regular Meeting 6. PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS A. Presentation: Reaccreditation of Casselberry Police Department The Casselberry Police Department has been reaccredited by the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation effective through February 6, 2017. The Police Department has been accredited since 2001. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report The Special Invoice Report provides for consideration of invoices from Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Services for January 2014 in the amount of $19,422.94; Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney Services for December 2013 in the amount of $475.00 and City Labor Attorney Services for January 2014 in the amount of 575.00. B. Resolution 14 -2573 - Appointment of Primary Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Resolution 14 -2573 provides for consideration to appoint and execute an agreement with Luis R. Guzman, Esq. as the City's primary Code Enforcement Special Magistrate. C. Resolution 14 -2574 - Appointment of Alternate Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Resolution 14 -2574 provides for consideration to appoint and execute an agreement with Mary L. Sneed, Esq. to serve as the City's alternate Code Enforcement Special Magistrate. D. Resolution 14 -2577 - Request to Extend the Term of the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency Resolution 14 -2577 provides for consideration to extend the authorized term of the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency by ten years to the year 2025, contingent upon approval of a time extension by the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners.
