CONSENT AGENDA <br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all <br />items. <br />A. Resolution 14 -2568 - FY 2014 First Quarter Budget Amendments <br />Resolution 14 -2568 Provides for consideration to formally adopt Budget Amendments approved during the first quarter <br />of FY 2014. <br />B. Resolution 14 -2569 - Sunset the Code Enforcement Board <br />Resolution 14 -2569 provides for consideration to sunset the Code Enforcement Board. <br />C. Budget Amendment #14 -013 -Account Transfer of Funding for Utility Projects <br />Budget Amendment #14 -013 provides for consideration to transfer funds in the amount of $833,900 from the Water and <br />Sewer Utility Fund to the Water and Sewer Capital Improvement Fund to provide appropriate funding for specific utility <br />proj ects. <br />D. Budget Amendment #14 -015 - Additional Funding for Code Compliance Vehicle <br />Budget Amendment #14 -015 provides for consideration to provide additional funding in the amount of $1,455 for the <br />purchase of a Code Compliance vehicle. <br />E. Resolution 14 -2571- Proposal from Bryant Miller Olive for Street Light Assessment Program <br />Update <br />Resolution 14 -2571 provides for consideration to accept a proposal from the legal firm of Bryant Miller Olive, including <br />related professional services by Burton & Associates, in the total amount of $34,522 for updating the Street Light Special <br />Assessment Program. <br />
