Presentation: Oxford Road Study <br />The consulting firm VHB MillerSellen will present their findings of a special study of Oxford Road to determine the <br />redevelopment potential of the roadway between the Library on the north end and US Highway 17 -92 to the south. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all <br />items. <br />A. Special Invoice Report <br />The Special Invoice Report provides for consideration of the Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. City Attorney <br />Services for November 2013 in the amount of $14,254.47, and Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney Services for <br />October 2013 in the amount of $198.00. <br />B. Resolution 13 -2550 - Casselberry Little League Agreement <br />Resolution 13 -2550 provides for consideration of an agreement with Casselberry Little League for a one year term with <br />an additional one year renewal option for use of the ball fields at Wirz and Secret Lake Parks. <br />C. Resolution 13 -2552 - Conveyance of City -Owned Surplus Parcel ID #10 -21 -30 -504- 0000 -0330 <br />at 1521 Oak Lane to Habitat for Humanity <br />Resolution 13 -2552 provides for consideration to convey City -owned surplus parcel ID #10 -21 -30 -504- 0000 -0330 at <br />1521 Oak Lane to Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka. <br />D. Resolution 13 -2553 - Conveyance of City -Owned Surplus Parcel ID #10 -21 -30 -501- 0000 -0580 <br />on Park Drive to Habitat for Humanity <br />Resolution 13 -2553 provides for consideration to convey City -owned surplus parcel ID #10 -21 -30 -501- 0000 -0580 on <br />Park Drive to Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka. <br />E. Resolution 13 -2554 - FY 2014 Capital Lease Contract with SunTrust <br />Resolution 13 -2554 provides for consideration of Equipment Schedule 11 Exhibits A through G -2 and related documents <br />to the Master Lease Agreement No. 0592 with SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corporation for replacement <br />capital equipment in the amount of $259,000. <br />
