RESOLUTION 13 -2546 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />DESIGNATING PARCEL ID #10.21.30. 501. 0000.0580 ON PARK <br />DRIVE, CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS SURPLUS PROPERTY; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, via Resolution 08 -1938, established a policy to surplus City - <br />owned property for sale or disposition; and <br />WHEREAS, the City submitted a HOME affordable housing grant application to Seminole County <br />in partnership with Habitat for Humanity to develop City -owned parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to surplus parcel ID #10- 21 -30- 501 - 0000 -0580 located <br />on Park Drive in order to donate it to Habitat for Humanity to develop and provide quality housing to <br />community residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates Parcel ID #10- <br />21-30- 501 - 0000 -0580 located on Park Drive, Casselberry as surplus property. <br />SECTION 2. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word or <br />portion of this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion hereto. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this <br />ATTEST: <br />F ' <br />Donna G.
