RESOLUTION 13 -2545 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING PARCEL ID #10- 21 -30. 504. 0000.0330 AT 1521 OAK LANE, CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS SURPLUS PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, via Resolution 08 -1938, established a policy to surplus City - owned property for sale or disposition; and WHEREAS, the City submitted a HOME affordable housing grant application to Seminole County in partnership with Habitat for Humanity to develop City -owned parcels; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to surplus parcel ID #10- 21 -30- 504 - 0000 -0330 located at 1521 Oak Lane, Casselberry in order to donate it to Habitat for Humanity to develop and provide quality housing to community residents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates Parcel ID #10- 21-30- 504 - 0000 -0030 located at 1521 Oak Lane, Casselberry as surplus property. SECTION 2. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word or portion of this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion hereto.
