CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 13 -2539 - FY 2013 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments Resolution 13 -2539 provides for consideration to formally adopt Budget Amendments approved during the fourth quarter of FY 2013. B. Resolution 13 -2540 - Acceptance of Seminole County Affordable Housing Grant Award and Related Home Program Agreement with Seminole County and Habitat for Humanity Resolution 13 -2540 provides for consideration to accept a Seminole County Affordable Housing Grant award in the amount of $183,050 through the Federal Home Investment Partnerships Program for the construction of new single - family housing in partnership with Habitat for Humanity and execution of the related Home Program Agreement. C. Resolution 13 -2541 - Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for the Florida Yards & Neighborhoods Program Resolution 13 -2541 provides for consideration of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Seminole County for the Florida Yards and Neighborhoods Program over a five -year period at a total cost of $20,000. D. Resolution 13 -2542 - Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Design Services for Forest Brook Force Main Replacement and Related Budget Amendment #14 -003 Resolution 13 -2542 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for design services for Forest Brook Force Main Replacement for an amount not to exceed $88,372. E. Resolution 13 -2543 - Utility Easement Agreement with Orograin Bakeries Sales, Inc. for Property at 1531 E. Altamonte Drive, Casselberry, FL Resolution 13 -2543 provides for consideration and acceptance of a Utility Easement Agreement with Orograin Bakeries Sales, Inc. (Entenmann's Bakery) located at 1531 E. Altamonte Drive (State Road 436) to allow for construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer lift station.
