PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS A. Mayor's Proclamation for Casselberry Fire Department Appreciation Month A proclamation recognizing the efforts of the Casselberry Fire Department personnel during the Muscular Dystrophy Association's "Fill the Boot" campaign by proclaiming the month of October as "Casselberry Fire Department Appreciation Month" will be read by Mayor Charlene Glancy. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Excuse of Absence of Vice Mayor /Commissioner Sandra Solomon An Excuse of Absence from the September 23rd meeting has been submitted for consideration by Vice Mayor /Commissioner Sandra Solomon. B. Special Invoice Report Consideration of the Special Invoice Report is requested for Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Services for August 2013 in the amount of $15,218.42. C. Resolution 13 -2530 - Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program Grant Application for Secret Lake Park Resolution 13 -2530 provides for City Commission consideration to authorize submittal of a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) Grant application for redevelopment of Secret Lake Park; providing a 25% match in the form of cash, materials, and in -kind services; and committing to incorporate the project into the City's Capital Improvement Program should finding be received. D. Resolution 13 -2531 - Award of Bid and Agreement with The Middlesex Corporation for the Road Rehabilitation Areas 1 - 3 Project and Related Budget Amendment #13 -073 Resolution 13 -2531 and related Budget Amendment #13 -073 provides for consideration to award the bid and execute an agreement with The Middlesex Corporation in the amount of $1,973,345.55 for the construction of the Road Rehabilitation Areas 1 — 3 Project.
