RESOLUTION 13 -2482 <br />• •, OF OF • <br />ACCEPTING THE TINDALE-OLIVER IMPACT FEE STUDY DATED <br />MARCH 25, 2013; PROVIDING F- CONFLICTS, <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission is dedicated to provide an ongoing high quality of service to all its <br />residents both new and existing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission commissioned a study based on current localized facts in order to <br />update the impact fee schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, Tindale- Oliver and Associates, Inc. conducted a thorough review of the City's current <br />infrastructure and capabilities related to providing services related to fire rescue service, police service, <br />transportation, and parks and recreation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Tindale- Oliver Impact Fee Study provides an impact fee schedule for fire and <br />rescue, police, parks and recreation and transportation which is compliant with Florida Statute and case law. <br />IV41111 - •• z - • • • • • <br />FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby accepts the Tindale- Oliver <br />Impact Fee Study dated March 25, 2013. <br />SECTION 2. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERASILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portion hereto. <br />SECTION 4.
