A. Public Hearing: Second heading of Ordinance 13 -1393 - Update to Impact Fee Schedule & <br />Creation of a Multi -Modal Fee for Transportation <br />Ordinance 13 -1393 provides for consideration on second reading of a revised Impact Fee Schedule along with the <br />creation of a multi -modal fee for transportation. <br />B. Public Hearing: Second heading of Ordinance 13 -1394 - Amending Sections 62 -2001, 62- <br />2004, and 62 -2015 for the City of Casselberry's Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension <br />Plan <br />Ordinance 13 -1394 provides for consideration on second reading to amend sections 62 -2001, 62 -2004, and 62 -2015 of the <br />City's Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan as required by the Internal Revenue Code to continue tax <br />qualification of the Plan. <br />C. Public Hearing: Second heading of Ordinance 13 -1395 - Eliminating Priority of Certain City <br />Liens <br />Ordinance 13 -1395 provides for consideration on second reading to repeal language in City Code Sections 2- 153(e), 2- <br />234, and 58- 162(E)(4) which declare that certain City liens take priority over other liens. <br />12.
