CONSENT AGENDA <br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all <br />items. <br />A. Resolution 13 -2513 - Supplemental Agreement No.1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with CDM Smith, Inc. for Transportation Engineering Services <br />Resolution 13 -2513 provides for Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with CDM Smith, Inc. for professional <br />consulting engineering services to update the City's specifications and procedural documents associated with constriction <br />projects for an amount not to exceed $27,070. <br />B. Resolution 13 -2514 - Standard Consultant Agreement with H. W. Lochner, Inc., for <br />Construction Engineering & Inspection Services for Casselberry Greenway Trail - Section 3 <br />Project and Related Budget Amendment #13 -063 <br />Resolution 13 -2514 provides for consideration of a Standard Consultant Agreement for Construction Engineering <br />Inspection Services with H.W. Lochner, Inc. to provide professional construction engineering and inspection services for <br />Casselberry Greenway Trail - Section 3 for the amount not to exceed $152,458.11. Consideration of related Budget <br />Amendment #13 -063 is also requested. <br />C. Resolution 13 -2515 - School Resource Officer Agreement for 2013 -2014 School Year <br />Resolution 13 -2515 provides for consideration of an agreement with the Seminole County School Board to share the cost <br />and provide $32,887 each for a School Resource Officer at South Seminole Middle School for the 2013 -2014 school <br />year. <br />D. Resolution 13 -2516 - Amending Article 38 of the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent <br />Association Collective Bargaining Agreement <br />Resolution 13 -2516 provides for consideration to amend and ratify Article 38 of the current collective bargaining <br />agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association. <br />
