Resolution 12 -2443 - Discontinuing the Related Services Special Assessment for the <br />Summerset North Subdivision Wall <br />Consideration of Resolution 12 -2443 to discontinue the Related Services Special Assessment for the Summerset North <br />Subdivision Wall is requested. <br />E. Resolution 12 -2445 - Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for <br />Decorative Mast Arm Signalization Improvements for the U.S. Highway 17 -92 and State <br />Road 436 Interchange Project and Related Budget Amendment #13 -019 <br />Resolution 12 -2445 and related Budget Amendment # 13 -019 provide for consideration of an agreement with the Florida <br />Department of Transportation in an amount not to exceed $115,000 without prior authorization for upgrades to decorative <br />mast arm signalization at two intersections associated with the U.S. Highway 17 -92 and SR 436 Interchange Project. <br />F. Resolution 12 -2446 - Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for <br />Irrigation Maintenance and Upgraded Landscaping Improvements for the U.S. Highway 17- <br />92 and State Road 436 Interchange Project and Related Budget Amendment #13 -020 <br />Resolution 12 -2446 and related Budget Amendment 413-020 provide for consideration of an agreement with the Florida <br />Department of Transportation in an amount not to exceed $128,000 without prior approval for irrigation maintenance and <br />upgraded landscaping improvements associated with the U.S. Highway 17 -92 and SR 436 Interchange Project. <br />G. State Contract Purchase of Dell Laptop Computer Systems <br />Consideration to utilize Florida State Contract #WN05ACA to purchase fifty -two (52) Dell laptop computers from Dell, <br />Inc. in the amount of $100,895.08 is requested. <br />H. Sole Source Purchase of a Replacement Pump for Casselberry Pump Station No. 52 and <br />Related Budget Amendment #13 -015 <br />Consideration for the sole source purchase of a replacement pump in the amount of $4,938.05 from Xylem, Inc. for <br />Casselberry Pump Station No. 52 (Betty Pump Station) and related Budget Amendment # 13 -015 is requested. <br />L Sole Source Purchase of a Stryker Power Load System for Rescue 25 <br />Consideration for the sole source purchase a Stryker Power Load System (power- loading, cot fastening system) in the <br />amount of $23,000 from Stryker EMS Equipment for retrofit installation into Rescue 25 is requested. <br />Purchase of Bicycles and Ancillary Equipment Using Federal Forfeiture Funds and Related <br />Budget Amendment #13 -014 <br />Consideration to purchase four (4) bicycles and ancillary equipment for use by the Police Department at a total cost of <br />$5,250 and related Budget Amendment #13-014 is requested. <br />9. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 12 -1384 - Amendment to ULDR Section 3- <br />10.9 - Parking of recreational equipment in residential districts <br />Ordinance 12 -1384 provides for consideration on second and final reading to amend the ULDR, Section 3 -10.9, <br />Recreational equipment and overnight parking. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. First Reading of Ordinance 12 -1383 - Amending Ordinance 12 -1382 Establishing New Sewer, <br />Reclaimed Water and Water Fees and Charges <br />Ordinance 12 -1383 provides for consideration on first reading to amend Ordinance 12 -1382, which established new <br />sewer, reclaimed water and water rates in Chapter 86 of the City Code, Utilities, by correcting a scrivener's error. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 12 -1385 - Internet Cafe Moratorium <br />Ordinance 12 -1385 provides for consideration on first reading to impose a 180 -day moratorium on issuance of City <br />permits or approvals for various game rooms within the City limits. <br />
