RESOLUTION 11 -2268 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A COOPERATIVE PURCHASE FROM <br />DUNLAP & ASSOCIATES, INC. UTILIZING THEIR AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF <br />NORTH MIAMI BEACH FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry received approval from Dunlap & Associates, Inc. to <br />utilizing their agreement with the City of North Miami Beach for financial advisory services; and <br />WHEREAS, after negotiation with the Purchasing Agent, Dunlap & Associates, Inc. has agreed <br />to allow the City of Casselberry to utilize a more favorable compensation arrangement; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of this agreement shall remain in effect for five (5) years with the option to <br />extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the effective date of this agreement being June 27, <br />2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent and Finance Director have reviewed the agreements between <br />the City of North Miami Beach and recommend approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City of Casselberry hereby approves and authorizes a cooperative purchase <br />from Dunlap & Associates, Inc. utilizing their agreement with the City of North Miami Beach, Florida, <br />dated April 20, 2011, for financial advisory services attached as "Exhibit A ". <br />SECTION II. The City Commission hereby accepts the negotiated compensation arrangement <br />with Dunlap & Associates, Inc. attached as "Exhibit B ". <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolution in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />
