RESOLUTION 11 -2235 <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry adopted <br />Ordinance 10 -1343 on January 10, 2011 related to parking recreational equipment <br />and commercial vehicles within residential districts of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 10 -1343 requires an eight foot high opaque screen <br />for commercial vehicles parked in the side or rear yard of properties in the residential <br />districts; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 10 -1343 also requires an opaque screen between six <br />feet and eight feet in height for recreational vehicles and equipment parked in the <br />side and rear yard of properties in the residential districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to mitigate the cost of the vehicle <br />screening requirements for the residents of Casselberry. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida: <br />SECTION 1. TEMPORARY WAIVER OF THE PERMIT FEES FOR <br />FENCES AND WALL THROUGH JULY 31 2011. <br />A fee will not be charged for the issuance of a fence or wall permit from the <br />adoption date of this resolution through July 31, 2011. The waiver shall expire at <br />midnight, July 31, 2011. <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict <br />with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. S everability. If any Section or portion of a S ection of this <br />Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to <br />invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this <br />Resolution. <br />
