RESOLUTION 11 -2225 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA DESIGNATING <br />PARCEL 08- 21 -30- 504 - 0000 -OOCO AS SURPLUS PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVLRABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, via Resolution 08 -1938, established a policy to <br />surplus and sell City -owned property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry received a request from Ms. Jean Hill, property <br />owner at 100 Valmora Drive, to purchase City -owned Parcel 08 -21 -30 -504- 0000 -OOCO which is <br />adjacent to her property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to surplus 08 -21 -30 -504- 0000 -OOCO in <br />order to prepare the site for a future sale. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates Parcel <br />08 -21 -30 -504- 0000 -OOCO as surplus property. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
