This instrument prepared by: <br />Community Development Department <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br />ORDINANCE 101339 <br />WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are within the corporate boundary of the City of <br />Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission /Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the City of Casselberry Future Land <br />Use Map designations of the property hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City Commission of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the <br />proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry Future Land Use Map designation were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />held a public hearing to consider the Comprehensive Plan Amendments and has determined that the Future <br />Land Use Map designation of said properties provided in Section I, herein, shall be established as specified <br />as that designation is defined in Future Land Use Element Objective FLU 1, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, such amendments are permitted, subject to the provisions of Chapter 163 of the <br />Florida Statutes and Rule 9J -11 of the Florida Administrative Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66 -29 of the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances, as <br />amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, <br />regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is hereby <br />amended to include property as Low Density Residential, for the parcels of land located near the northeast <br />corner of Anchor Road and Lotus Lake Drive, as follows; <br />Parcel ID #; A portion of 07- 21 -30- 515 - 0000 -0030 <br />A portion of 07- 21 -30- 515 - 0000 -00313 <br />A portion of 07- 21 -30- 515 - 0000 -003A <br />A portion of 07- 21 -30- 515 - 0000 -003C <br />A portion of 07- 21 -30- 515 - 0000 -003D <br />
