1 3 ILI, j . <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundary of the <br />City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission /Local Planning Agency <br />has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the City of Casselberry <br />Future Land Use Map designations of the property hereinafter described, has been duly held by <br />the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and at such hearing, interested parties <br />and citizens for and /or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry Future <br />Land Use Map designation were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has held a public hearing to consider the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and has <br />determined that the Future Land Use Map designation of said property provided in Section I, <br />herein, shall be established as specified as that designation is defined in Future Land Use <br />Element Objective FLU 1, as amended and supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, such amendments are permitted, subject to the provisions of Chapter 163 of <br />the Florida Statutes and Rule 9J -11 of the Florida Administrative Code. <br />
