SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br />any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of the Ordinance shall become and be made a part of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida adopted zoning map. <br />SECTION V. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption for properties A, B, C, I, K, L, M, N, Q, R, T and U, as referenced in Section I above. <br />This Ordinance shall become effective for properties D, E, F, G, H, 0, P, S, V and W, as referenced in <br />Section I above, upon the effective date of Ordinance 13 -1390. If Ordinance 13 -1390 does not become <br />effective, then the zoning shall not change for properties D, E, F, G, H, 0, P, S, V and W, as referenced in <br />Section I above. <br />FIRST READING this 13t' day of May, 2013. <br />SECOND READING AND ADOPTION this day of c. 2013. <br />ATTEST: <br />d <br />j <br />a <br />Donna G.
