residential shall be 30 dwelling units per acre. Hotel units may be provided at a density of up to 80 units per acre. These properties may be developed based upon the following percent mix of uses. SECTION III. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION V. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of the Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida adopted zoning map. SECTION VI. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty -one (31) days after its passage and adoption. If challenged within thirty (30) days after adoption, this Ordinance shall not become effective until the State Planning Agency or the Administrative Commission, respectively issues a final order determining the small scale development amendments contained in this Ordinance are in compliance.
