Transmittal to the Department of Economic Opportunity. The City Manager <br />or her designee is hereby designated to sign a letter transmitting these Map Amendments to the <br />Department of Economic Opportunity, in accordance with Section 163.3184 (3), Florida <br />Statutes. <br />SECTION 5. CONFLICTS.
