E. If the purchase transaction involves the transfer of regulated metals property from a secondary metals recvcler registered with the State to another secondary metals recvcler registered with the State the secondary metals recvcler receiving the regulated metals property shall record the name and address of the secondary metals recvcler Seller in lieu of the requirements listed in Subsection A above. Section 26 -141. Facsimile. Telecopier, or Similar Equipment Required. A secondary metals recvcler shall maintain at its place of business, or otherwise have immediate access to a facsimile, telecopier, or other equipment of similar function on which notifications of stolen property or other notifications relating to regulated metal property may be expeditiously received from the Seminole County Sheriffs Department. The equipment shall be operable at all times during the usual and customary business hours of the secondary metals recvcler. The secondary metals recvcler shall maintain the facsimile number or other access number of the equipment on file with the Sheriff and shall notify the Sheriff within 24 hours of any change in the number. Section 26 -142. Penalty. Violations of this Ordinance may be cited, reported and considered by the Code Enforcement Board pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2, Administration, Articles IV and V of the City of Casselberry Code or as otherwise provided by law. Violations of this Ordinance shall be classified as a Class II violation with a civil penalty of $100.00 per violation, pursuant to City of Casselberry Code Section 2 -210, or as amended. SECTION 2: Section 2 -210, "Schedule of Violations" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is'hereby amended to read as follows: .Sec. 2 -214. - Schedule of violations.! (a) Violation of the following City codes or ordinances is a civil infraction for which a citation shall be issued:!
