All secondary metals recvclers shall maintain a legible electronic record, in the English <br />language, of all purchase transactions to which such secondary metals recvcler is a party. Such electronic <br />format will be the Florida Integrated Network for Data Exchange and Retrieval software or such software as <br />is otherwise designated in writing by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
