All secondary metals recvclers shall maintain a legible electronic record, in the English language, of all purchase transactions to which such secondary metals recvcler is a party. Such electronic format will be the Florida Integrated Network for Data Exchange and Retrieval software or such software as is otherwise designated in writing by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. It shall be the responsibility of the individual secondary metal recvcler, or any employee thereof, to obtain the most current data specifications of the designated electronic format.
