NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COMMISSION OF OF <br />FLORIDA, AS • <br />SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2 -4.3 of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is hereby amended for those parcels <br />shown on Exhibit A, totaling 12.87 ( + / -) acres in size, and described as follows: <br />i 7-; —� <br />are hereby amended and given the Official Zoning Map classification as described herein. <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby appealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become <br />and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida, Official Zoning Map, as amended and <br />supplemented. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />the effective date of Ordinance 11 -1355 as adopted by the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and pursuant to the City Charter.
