NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COMMISSION OF OF FLORIDA, AS • SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2 -4.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is hereby amended for those parcels shown on Exhibit A, totaling 12.87 ( + / -) acres in size, and described as follows: i 7-; —� are hereby amended and given the Official Zoning Map classification as described herein. SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby appealed. SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION 4. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida, Official Zoning Map, as amended and supplemented. SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon the effective date of Ordinance 11 -1355 as adopted by the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and pursuant to the City Charter.
