SECTION I That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2 -4.3 <br />of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for the portion of the subject <br />parcel, is hereby amended by changing the designation of approximately 0.41 acres of <br />property to the CG (Commercial General) zoning designation as that classification is <br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, as amended <br />and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of Casselberry, Florida, said property being more specifically described as <br />follows: <br />The eastern portion of parcel 09- 21 -30- 527 - 0000 -0010, containing <br />approximately 0.41 acres, which was formerly described as Lot 7, <br />Block A, Sportsman's Paradise, prior to the plat of the subject <br />parcel in 1999. <br />A copy of the amendments to the Official Zoning Map is attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein as "Exhibit A" and hereby adopted pursuant to City <br />Code. <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to <br />invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Ordinance No. 11 -1347 <br />Page 2 <br />
