Code of Seminole County and a land use designation as assigned by the Seminole County <br />Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the provisions of Section 171.062, Florida Statutes, <br />until otherwise changed or amended by appropriate ordinance of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br />SECTION 5. Ad Valorem Taxes. All real property lying within the boundaries of the <br />Corporate /City Limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as hereby revised, shall be assessed <br />for payment of municipal ad valorem taxes pursuant to law. <br />SECTION 6. Businesses and Occupations. All persons who have been lawfully <br />engaged in any occupation, business, trade or profession, within the area described in Section 2 <br />above, upon the effective date of this Ordinance, under a valid license or permit therefore <br />issued by Seminole County, Florida, shall have right to continue such occupation, business, <br />trade or profession within the entire corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, as revised, upon <br />the securing of a valid local business tax receipt from the City of Casselberry, which receipt <br />shall be issued upon payment of the appropriate fee therefore, without the necessity of taking or <br />passing any additional examination or test relating to the qualifications for such receipts. <br />SECTION 7. Ballot Question. The question of annexation of the Area lands described <br />in Section 2 hereof shall be submitted to a vote of the registered electors of the lands proposed <br />to be annexed pursuant to law. Said election shall be a mail ballot with all such mail ballots to be <br />returned no later than June 14, 2011, and the questions shall appear on the ballot in <br />substantially the following form: <br />FOR annexation of property described in Ordinance No. 11 -1346 of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />AGAINST annexation of lands described in Ordinance No. 11 -1346 of the City of <br />
