21 -30- 501 - 0000 -0010, 05- 21 -30- 517 - 2800 -0040, and 05- 21 -30- 517 - 2800 -0150; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the property described hereinafter is reasonably <br />compact and contiguous to the corporate areas of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it has <br />further been determined that the annexation of said property will not result in the creation of any <br />enclave; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, Florida, is in a position to provide municipal <br />services for and to the property described herein, and the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida deems it in the best interest of the City to annex said property; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the Urban Services Plan was filed with the Seminole County <br />Board of County Commissioners and said Urban Services Plan comports with the requirements <br />of controlling State law; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to, and in compliance with, the law, notice has been given by mail <br />to residents or owners of property within the area to be annexed, and by publication once a <br />week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation notifying the public of this <br />proposed Ordinance and of public hearings to be held at City Hall in the City of Casselberry; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of this Ordinance and the actions taken herein are consistent <br />with the City's Comprehensive Plan and State law; and <br />WHEREAS, public hearings were held pursuant to the requirements of State law and in <br />conformity with the published notice described above at which hearings the parties in interest <br />and all others had an opportunity to be and were, in fact, heard. <br />• e 0 <br />AMMMI <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
