Presentation: Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for Fiscal Year 2012 -2013 The Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association for Fiscal Year 2012- 2013 will be presented to Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director, 7. Special Invoice Report The Special Invoice Report provides for consideration of invoices from Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Services for June 2013 in the amount of $31,435.00 and Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney Services for May 2013 in the amount of $75.00. B. Resolution 13 -2499 - Business Associate Agreement with Intermedix Corporation for Rescue J Ambulance Billing and Related Professional Services Resolution 13 -2499 provides for consideration of a Business Associate Agreement with Intermedix Corporation for ambulance billing and related professional services to ensure compliance with the Final FIIPAA Omnibus Rule and to incorporate minor changes recommended by the City Attorney. C. Resolution 13 -2505 - Amendment No. 2 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement (DW590301) with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Related Budget Amendment #13 -059 Resolution 13 -2505 provides for consideration of Amendment No. 2 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Construction Loan Agreement (DW590301) with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for an
