Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 13 -2501 - Award of Invitation to Bid C20130001 and Agreement with Chinchor Electrical, Inc. for the Golf Course Pump Station Replacement & Electrical Rehabilitation and Related Budget Amendment #13 -046 Resolution 13 -2501 provides for consideration to award Invitation to Bid C20130001 and execute an agreement with Chinchor Electric, Inc. in the amount of $69,907 to construct improvements for the Golf Course Pump Station Replacement & Electrical Rehabilitation Project. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #13 -046 is also requested. B. Change Order #4 with CFE Corporation for the N6rth Winter Park Drive - -Phase II Project and Related Budget Amendment #13 -056 This item provides for notification to the City Commission of Change Order No. 4 to the agreement with Central Florida Environmental Corporation (CFE) in the amount of $22,035.70 for the North Winter Park Drive — Phase II Project (Project Number PW- 1003). Consideration of related Budget Amendment #13 -056 is also requested. C. Piggyback of the Florida Sheriff's Association Contract #12 -20 -0905 for Purchase of Public Works Vehicle and Related Budget Amendment #13 -049 This item provides for consideration to piggyback the Florida Sheriff s Association Contract #12 -20 -0905 for the purchase of a Ford Explorer for the Public Works Department in the amount of $25,363 and related Budget Amendment #13 -049. D. Piggyback of the University of South Florida Contract #ITN- 9 -13 -G with Ricoh Business Solutions for Printing and Copy Equipment and Maintenance This item provides for consideration to piggyback the University of South Florida's Contract #ITN- 9 -13 -G with Ricoh Business Solutions (Ricoh) for a lease agreement for the replacement of the City's current printing and copy equipment, including associated maintenance support.
