CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING MAY 09, 2013 MOTION: Mr. Bakalla moved to find that Respondent in this case failed to correct the violations by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondent shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. The violation has since complied on 05/07/2013 and therefore, a fine in the amount of $300.00 (total accrued fine) is hereby imposed. Mr. Lutz seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in these cases failed to correct the violations by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in these cases and the fine will be imposed as set forth in those Orders and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector.
