CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />MAY 09, 2013 <br />MOTION: Mr. Bakalla moved to find that Respondent in this case failed to correct the violations by the <br />time specified in this Board's prior orders in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that <br />Order and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance <br />has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondent shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify <br />compliance. The violation has since complied on 05/07/2013 and therefore, a fine in the amount of <br />$300.00 (total accrued fine) is hereby imposed. Mr. Lutz seconded the motion.
