Resolution 13 -2495 - State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation Resolution 13 -2495 provides for City Commission consideration of a State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement Work Order with the Florida Department of Transportation for the maintenance of street lights on U.S. Highway 17 -92 and S.R. 436 for Fiscal Year 2013/2014. Resolution 13 -2498 - Legacy Park Residential Phase III - Final Replat (SP 12 -04) Resolution 13 -2498 provides for consideration to approve the final replat (SP 12 -04) for property located within Tract of the Legacy Park Planned Development to create a 50 lot major residential subdivision for Legacy Park Phase III. Piggyback of City of Largo Bid #10 -C -343 with Miller Pipeline Corporation for Lake Kathryn Gravity Sewer System Lining This item provides for consideration to piggyback the City of Largo, Florida Bid #10 -C -343 with Miller Pipeline Corporation (MPC) in an amount not to exceed $231,386 without prior written authorization for the Lake Kathryn gravity sewer system lining project.
