Resolution 13 -2493 - Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Environmental Research and Design, Inc., for Middle Lake Triplet and North Lake <br />Triplet Sediment Inactivation Services, Project #PW -1325 <br />Resolution 13 -2493 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Environmental Research and Design, Inc. to conduct sediment inactivation work in North Lake Triplet and Middle <br />Lake Triplet for an amount that is not to exceed $133,532. <br />E. Resolution 13 -2494 - Seminole County Day Camp Provider Agreement <br />Resolution 13 -2494 provides for consideration of an agreement with Seminole County to enroll up to ten (10) scholarship <br />youth in the City's sunnner camp program held at Casselberry Elementary School. <br />F. Budget Amendment #13 -048 - Purchase of and Upgrades to Police Mobile Command Vehicle <br />Budget Amendment #13 -048 provides for consideration to purchase a surplus mobile command vehicle in the amount of <br />$10,000 from the City of Sanford's Police Department and authorizes additional spending of up to $15,000 required for <br />restoration and necessary upgrades to adapt the vehicle to meet the needs of the Casselberry Police Department. <br />I. Sole Source Purchase from Sanders Company, Inc., for Wilshire Pump Station Rehabilitation <br />This item provides for consideration of a sole source purchase from Sanders Company, fire. for Smith and Loveless wet <br />well mount pump station and installation /modification services for the Wilshire pump station rehabilitation project in the <br />amount of $63,428. <br />K. Sole Source Purchase from Sanders Company, Inc., for Woodcrest Pump Station <br />Rehabilitation <br />This item provides for consideration of a sole source purchase from Sanders Company, Inc. for Smith and Loveless wet <br />well mount pump station and installation/modification services for the Woodcrest pump station rehabilitation project in <br />the amount of $69,587. <br />L. K -9 Retirement Agreement for Police K -9 "Tuk" <br />This item provides for consideration to retire Police K -9 "Tuk ", one of two Casselberry Police Department K -9's, and <br />allow Officer Ali Shurdom to purchase "Tuk", who has been partnered with Officer Shurdom since 2008. <br />M. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Invasive Plant Management Grant <br />Application <br />This item provides for consideration to submit a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Invasive Plant <br />Management Grant Proposal to provide invasive plant treatments for City -owned conservation areas. <br />9.
