Mr. Smith seconded the motion. In the event Respondent does <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 11/07/2012. A fine in the amount of $300.00 is <br />hereby imposed for six (6) days of repeat violation. Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
