DECEMBER I0 <br />Steve Alderman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Based on information received from the Code Enforcement Board's Attorney, Mr. Henson <br />moved to dismiss CEB case# 12- 02117. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Overgrown _ property, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -02176 501 Elm Dr <br />Steve Alderman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 12/27/2012. In the event Respondent does <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) <br />® CE -12 -02177 529 Grandview Way E <br />Steve Alderman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 12/27/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Trash & debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -12 -02187 1482 Canterbury Cir <br />Steve Alderman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case was in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 11/07/2012. A fine in the amount of $300.00 is <br />hereby imposed for six (6) days of repeat violation. Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
