This property was in <br />violation for one day. <br />Marl-, Raponi, property owner of 416 Forest Park Lane, advised the van in the photo is the tenants <br />work van for Bright House. About the same time last year (2011) Mr. Raponi received a notice of <br />violation which he corrected by erecting an 8' high fence that the tenant parks behind. Mr. Raponi <br />advised that the day in question, November 15th, the tenant left for work around 9 am but he first <br />pulled the van out of the side yard and may have run back inside to grab something. The tenant <br />stated the van was out for a few brief minutes. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to dismiss CEB case# 12- 02228. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />Landscape maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -02112 1870 SR 436 /repeat violation <br />Steve Alderman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above cases. This property was in <br />violation for thirteen days. <br />Boki Radulovic, 7343 Harley Street, Orlando, FL, represents Danubis Group LLC, the property owner. <br />Mr. Radulovic stated he has owned the property since 2004 and usually gets notified and the location in <br />question is also maintained by Jewelry Plus. This is a triple net lease and he is not allowed on the property <br />without notification. <br />Henry Lee, 1821 Brittany Dr; Winter Park advised they corrected the violation and now it is cleaned every <br />week. They took possession of the property on October 18tH <br />MOTION: Mr. Bakalla moved to find Respondent (the property owner) in this case was in repeat <br />violation of City Code as charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent <br />for the same violation. The Respondent brought the property into compliance on 11/01/2012. A fine in the <br />amount of $650.00 is hereby imposed for thirteen (13) days of repeat violation. Mr. Smith seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Designated parking, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 <br />® CE -12 -02063 1313 Quintuplet Dr /repeat violation <br />Steve Alderman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />Rob Boyd, 1313 Quintuplet Dr, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the corrections have been <br />made.
