Respondents shall notify the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />CONTINUED CASE <br />No building permit, City Code Section 1 -4.3 <br />® CE -12 -00595 1099 Helen St <br />Ms. Smith, Acting Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that Mr. <br />Casselberry has not met with City Planning staff again but has inquired about a demolition permit. <br />Richard Casselberry, 415 Bridle Path, Casselberry advised the Code Enforcement Board that he has <br />determined he will not be able to use the home where it is. Mr. Casselberry advised that the home will <br />either be moved away or demolished; the permit has been applied for as of 11/08/2012. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondent in this case failed to correct the violation by the time <br />specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order and <br />will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been <br />filed by the Code Inspector.
