C. Resolution 13 -2480 - Waste Pro of Florida Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Rate Adjustment Resolution 13 -2480 provides for consideration of a consumer price index adjustment in the amount of $7,124.16 to Waste Pro of Florida for solid waste collection from April 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013. D. Resolution 13 -2481 - Agreement with Risk Management Associates, Inc., d /b /a Public Risk Insurance Agency, for Professional Services for Insurance Agent /Broker Services for Employee Benefits and Insurance Resolution 13 -2481 provides for consideration of a Standard Consultant Agreement with Risk Management Associates, Inc., d/b /a/ Public Risk Insurance Agency, in the amount of $40,000 to provide professional services to the City for insurance agent/broker services and employees benefits /insurance. E. Metroplan Orlando Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee Prioritized Project List Application for 2013 This item provides for consideration to submit an application to the Metroplan Orlando Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee for consideration to add local projects to the Prioritized Project List for the 2013 submittal cycle. F. Sole Source Purchase of an Influent Flow Meter from System Technology, LLC and Related Budget Amendment #13 -038 This item provides for consideration of the sole source purchase of an influent flow meter from System Technology, LLC in the amount of $2,945 for the Water Reclamation Facility and related Budget Amendment #13 -038. G. Sole Source Purchase of Firearms Ammunition This item provides for consideration of the sole source purchase of firearms ammunition from Florida Bullet, Inc. in the amount of $18,192.40 for use by the Police Department. 9.
