CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 14, 2013 — Special Meeting <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The following oath was administered to Gene Fry by the City Attorney: <br />"I, Gene Fly, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect, and defend the Constitution and <br />Government of the United States and of the State of Florida; and the Chatter and Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberly; and that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State; and that I will well <br />and faithfully perform the duties of Commissioner of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on which I am about to <br />enter, so help me God." <br />The Oath, as administered, was signed by Commissioner Fry and affirmed by the City Attorney, and is attached <br />to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Mayor Glancy adjourned the special meeting at 4:09 p.m. A reception was held in the Commission Chambers <br />immediately after the special meeting was adjourned. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION: <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />b � <br />Donna G.
