Resolution 13 -2486 - Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Environmental Research and Design, Inc.* for Agreement Term Period Extension Resolution 13 -2486 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Environmental Research and Design, Inc, to extend the term of the Consultant Agreement from May 10, 2013 to November 10, 2013. Resolution 13 -2491 - Local Agency Program Agreement for Casselberry GreenWVay Trail Section 3 Resolution 13 -2491 provides for consideration of a Local Agency Program Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Florida Department of Transportation which provides for financial reimbursement to the City for construction costs and Construction Engineering and Inspection Services in the total amount of $1,162,697 for the construction of Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3. G. Resolution 13 -2492 - Award of Invitation for Bid Y130006CI and Agreement with Cintas for Work Uniform Rental Services Resolution 13 -2492 provides for consideration to award Invitation for Bid Y130006CI and execute an agreement with Cintas.for work uniforms rental services for the Public Works Department in the amount of $26,810.68. H. Budget Amendment #13 -041— Public Works Capital Equipment Purchases Budget Amendment #13 -041 provides for consideration to amend the Water and Sewer Fund for costs associated with unanticipated capital equipment purchases in three divisions of the Public Works Department for $25,000 each. I. Piggyback Purchase of Fire Department Mobile Computing Devices and Related Budget Amendment #13 -043 This item and related Budget Amendment #13 -043 provide for consideration of the piggyback purchase of replacement mobile computing devices for the Fire Department in the amount of $18,424.22. J. Safe Routes to School Grant Application This item provides for consideration to submit a "Safe Routes to School" Grant Application to Metr•oplan Orlando for an $85,000 grant award to construct three pedestrian safety projects. 9. _ PUBLIC HEARINGS The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 13 -1391- Official Zoning Map Amendment for Properties Located Near U.S. Highway 17 -92 and Triplet Lake Drive (ZB 13 -01) Ordinance 13 -1391 provides for administrative amendment to the Official Zoning Map classification of properties located near U.S. Highway 17 -92 and Triplet Lake Drive to Planned Mixed Use — Medium Rise (PMX -MID). Staff is requesting that the first reading of Ordinance 13 -1391 be continued to the May 13, 2013 City Commission meeting.
