Budget Amendment #13 -041— Public Works Capital Equipment Purchases <br />Budget Amendment #13 -041 provides for consideration to amend the Water and Sewer Fund for costs associated with <br />unanticipated capital equipment purchases in three divisions of the Public Works Department for $25,000 each. <br />I. Piggyback Purchase of Fire Department Mobile Computing Devices and Related Budget <br />Amendment #13 -043 <br />This item and related Budget Amendment #13 -043 provide for consideration of the piggyback purchase of replacement <br />mobile computing devices for the Fire Department in the amount of $18,424.22. <br />J. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 13 -1391- Official Zoning Map Amendment for <br />Properties Located Near U.S. Highway 17 -92 and Triplet Lake Drive (ZB 13 -01) <br />Ordinance 13 -1391 provides for administrative amendment to the Official Zoning Map classification of properties located <br />near U.S. Highway 17 -92 and Triplet Lake Drive to Planned Mixed Use — Medium Rise (PMX -MID). Staff is requesting <br />that the first reading of Ordinance 13 -1391 be continued to the May 13, 2013 City Commission meeting. <br />
