Gardner, City Clerk <br />Alan Ambler, Water Resources Manager <br />Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director <br />Kelly Brock, Assistant Public Works Director <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Donald Harkins, Fire Chief <br />Pamela Lynch, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Bill McNeil, Police Chief <br />Sandra Smith, Interim Community Development Director <br />An Executive Session was held at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of briefing the City Commission on labor <br />negotiations with the bargaining agent for the Casselberry Professional Firefighters, Local 3927. Executive <br />Sessions are held by the City Commission for the purpose of discussion of labor matters; they are not open to <br />the general public pursuant to Florida statutes 447.605. All members of the City Commission were present. <br />Also present at the session were Randy Newlon, City Manager and Andy Brooks, Human Resources Director. <br />Mayor Glancy adjourned the Executive Session at 6:50 p.m. <br />
