Resolution 13 -2460 - Acceptance of Recreational Trail Easements from DAYPART, LLC for Casselberry Greenway Trail - Section 3 Resolution 13 -2460 provides for consideration to accept two Recreational Trail Easements from DAYPART, LLC for the Casselberry Greenway Trail — Section 3, (formerly Wirz Trail — Section 3). D. Resolution 13 -2461 - Change Order No. 2 to Amendment No. 2 with Wharton - Smith, Inc. for the Recreation Center Renovations Project and Related Budget Amendment #13 -026 Resolution 13 -2461 provides for consideration of Change Order No. 2 to Amendment No. 2 with Wharton- Smith, Inc. for construction revisions to the Recreation Center Renovations Project for an amount not to exceed $11,973 without prior authorization, and related Budget Amendment #13 -026. E. Resolution 13 -2462 - Amendment to the 2011 -12 Urban and Community Forestry Grant Memorandum of Agreement and Related Budget Amendment #13 -027 Resolution 13 -2462 provides for consideration of an amendment to the 2011 -12 Florida Urban and Community Forestry Grant Memorandum of Agreement to reduce cumulative costs for the Urban Forestry Technician position to allow grant finding for tree planting and related costs and to extend the grant deadline, and for consideration of related Budget Amendment 413 -027. F. Resolution 13 -2463 - Additional Services Letter of Agreement with AECOM, Task 07, for the Casselberry Greenway Trail Project- Section 3 Resolution 13 -2463 provides for consideration of the Additional Services Letter of Agreement with AECOM for Task 07, Phase 3 permitting and bid preparation documents for the Casselberry Greenway Trail Project - Section 3 in the amount of $29,100. G. Sole Source Capital Purchase of a New Closed Circuit Television Sewer Inspection Vehicle Consideration of the sole source capital purchase of a new closed circuit television sewer inspection vehicle from CUES for an amount of $188,700 is requested. H. Sole Source Capital Purchase of a Biosolids Transfer Pump Consideration to purchase a biosolids transfer pump from Barney's Pumps, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $19,775 is requested. I. TD Green Streets Grant Application Consideration to approve the submission of a TD Green Streets grant application in the amount of $20,000, with a City match of $XXX (including in -kind services), to ernhance the Green Up Casselberry Program is requested. J. Budget Amendment #13 -029 - Fiscal Year 2012 to 2013 Budget Rollover Consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2012/2013 Approved Budget to allow for the completion of ongoing projects and the purchase of equipment or services that were budgeted in Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 which were not started or completed within that fiscal year in the amount of $9,038,746 is requested. 9.
