CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 12, 2012 — Special Meeting and Attorney - Client Session <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Commissioner Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner Jon Miller, Commissioner Sandra Solomon, Interim City <br />Manager Randy Newlon, and City Attorney Catherine D. Reischmann. The entire attorney - client session shall <br />be recorded by a certified coma report. The certified court reporter shall file a transcript with the City Clerk <br />within a reasonable time after the meeting and the transcript shall be made public at the conclusion of the <br />litigation. <br />Those attending the attorney - client session left the City Commission Chambers at 6:04 p.m. and the session <br />was held immediately in the City Manager's Conference Room. <br />The special meeting was reconvened in the City Commission Chambers at 6:59 p.m. Mayor Glancy <br />announced the termination of the attorney- client session. <br />Mayor Glancy adjourned the special meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION; <br />
