CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Thursday, June 21, 2012, <br />9:30 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Paul Daigle, Chairman <br />John Jones, Vice - Chairman <br />David McGregor <br />Alan Trueba <br />Leslie Peters <br />John Stark <br />Staff members present: <br />Donald Martin, Community Development Director <br />Rebecca Bowman, Interim Finance Director <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Kyle Dudgeon, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order /Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Daigle at 9:35 a.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance <br />Mr. Daigle led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Approval of CRA Minutes of May 24, 2012. <br />Mr. Daigle asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on May 24, 2012, <br />Mr. McGregor made a motion to approve the May 24, 2012 minutes. Ms. Peters seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Mr. Jones arrived at the meeting at 9:36 a.m. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Proposal to provide Grant /Loan Support for the relocation of Multi- Cultural Media <br />Solutions to vacant space at 4200 S. US Highway 17.92 continued. <br />Mr. Donald Martin, Community Development Director, explained that this item was tabled at the last CRA <br />meeting. He said this is a proposal to support an economic development initiative in the Community Redevelopment <br />District that involves the relocation of Multi- Cultural Media Solutions from their current location in Lake Mary to <br />Casselberry. He said the site is a vacant space behind the Bennett Auto Parts Store. He said that the space has <br />
