® CE -12 -01764 208 Secret Way Luis Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. Floyd Bland, 208 Secret Way; Casselberry, FL gave testimony for his case. Mr. Bland stated he knows he was in violation of the overgrown weeds and did not get a notice. Mr. Bland thinks the officer should have spoken with him. A neighbor borrowed his lawnmower and broke it. MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent in this case was /were in repeat violation of City Code as charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The Respondent brought the property into compliance on 09/24/2012. A fine in the amount of $1,400.00 is hereby imposed for 14 days of repeat violation. Mr. Smith seconded the motion.
