The property manager of 851 Seminola Blvd addressed the Board; he does not want a standing order placed on this property. Michael McCane, 109 Carriage Hill Dr. addressed the Code Enforcement Board and stated he was present for CE -12 -00845 and 844. Mr. McCane stated he wanted clarification whether 12 -00844 was going to be heard. Mr. McCane then spoke about the violations on his property. Richard Tournour, 40 Cotillion Ct, addressed the Board; he did not have a case on the agenda and was not heard. MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent(s) in these cases was /were in violation of City Code as charged and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that the violations are now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violation of the same code by Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Robert Catledge, 106 Mark David Blvd, advised The Code Enforcement Board, this is his mother's home and there have been some medical issues in the family as well as trouble receiving the mail. Mr. Catlegde requested an extension to correct this violation. MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 11/12/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $ 25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
