The property manager of 851 Seminola Blvd addressed the Board; he does not want a standing order <br />placed on this property. <br />Michael McCane, 109 Carriage Hill Dr. addressed the Code Enforcement Board and stated he was <br />present for CE -12 -00845 and 844. Mr. McCane stated he wanted clarification whether 12 -00844 was <br />going to be heard. Mr. McCane then spoke about the violations on his property. <br />Richard Tournour, 40 Cotillion Ct, addressed the Board; he did not have a case on the agenda and was <br />not heard. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent(s) in these cases was /were in violation of City Code as <br />charged and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance <br />Officer; that the violations are now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violation of the same code by <br />Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for <br />which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />NEW CASES <br />Dead tree(s), ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (C) (1) <br />® CE -12 -01234 106 Mark David Blvd <br />Justin Leonard, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Robert Catledge, 106 Mark David Blvd, advised The Code Enforcement Board, this is his mother's home <br />and there have been some medical issues in the family as well as trouble receiving the mail. Mr. Catlegde <br />requested an extension to correct this violation. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 11/12/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $ 25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Unsecured structure 1 -4.1 WHICH ADOPTS FFPC 10. 13.1 <br />® CE -12 -01592 116 Carriage Hill Dr <br />Abandoned /neglected real property, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) <br />® CE -12 -01593 116 Carriage Hill Dr . <br />Luis Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above cases. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondent(s) correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 10/25/2012. In the event Respondent does <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $ 25.00 per violation per day will be imposed for each day <br />the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
